I met a new client.

He was worried about his competitors.

“Their marketing budgets are huge!” he said

“How do we compete?”

“Do you run?” I asked.

My question surprised him.

“Yes, I do.” he replied.

“Could you jog up a mountain?” I asked.

“Sure.” he said.

“What if you had a pebble in your shoe?” I asked.

“Not as well.” he laughed.

I said:

“Be the pebble, not the mountain.”
